摘　　要：为了保证纯棉精梳细号棉纱质量、降低生产成本,采用AC2040×01750型锡林金属针布替代进口格拉夫针布,详细分析纺新疆棉使用该金属针布的清梳联及后纺的精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒工序的主要技术参数和技术措施,并与采用格拉夫针布的质量指标进行对比;结果表明:AC2040×01750型锡林金属针布比格拉夫锡林金属针布在梳棉、并条、粗纱和细纱工序的质量更稳定且均有所改善,同工艺条件下AFIS棉结少10个/km;此针布性价比具有一定优势,能实现企业降本增效。To ensure quality of combed cotton yarn with fine count,reduce production costs,to replace imported Graff clothing with cylinder MCC AC2040×01750,a detailed analysis is done to the blow-card unit spinning Xinjiang cotton with the cylinder MCC AC2040×01750 and main technical parameters and measures involved with combing,drawing,roving,spinning and winding technologies in contrast to the quality index using the Graff clothing.The results show that the cylinder MCC AC2040×01750 is more competitive in performance stability an quality improvement in carding,drawing,roving and spinning processes.Under the same condition AFIS nep drops by 10 pcs/km,the price-performance ratio is competitive in certain degree,achieving high efficiency in production with low cost.
