环锭细纱机前牵伸区控制浅析

摘　　要：为了进一步提高环锭细纱机成纱质量,分析环锭细纱机前牵伸区控制原理,通过处理莫代尔赛络纺品种单股细节指标异常及新疆低质机采棉纺制CJ 14.6tex赛络集聚纺与赛络纺优等纱线,对改善细纱前区牵伸效果所涉及的改进型前区集合器、前区压力棒钳口和前区加长上销的应用与前区控制力的调整进行分析。指出:产品质量和控制成本是企业管理的两条主线,前牵伸区的器材配置、隔距大小和胶辊上销位置对成纱质量的提高十分重要;前区集合器、前区压力棒钳口和前区加长上销3种创新器材的应用为实现纺织企业提质增效提供了可靠保障。In order to further improve the yarn quality of the ring spinning frame,the control principle of the front drafting zone of the ring spinning frame is analyzed.Through the practice dealing with abnormal thin index of one-ply yarn of Modal siro-spinning and produce siro-compact spun and siro-spun yarn of the CJ 14.6 tex using the Xinjiang low quality machine-picked cotton,analysis is done to the application of the improved front area collector,front area pressure bar nip,extended top cradle,and the adjusting equipment for the front-area control,which can improve the drafting effect in front area of spinning.It is pointed out that the product quality and monitoring costs are the two main lines of enterprise management.The accessory configuration,gauge size and top cradle position of the roller are very important to the improvement of yarn quality in the front drafting area.The application of 3 kinds of innovative equipment for the front area collectors,front pressure bar nips and the extended top cradles of the front area provide a reliable guarantee improving the quality of products for better efficiency for textile enterprises.
