摘  要:为了解决筒子成形不良问题,介绍自络纺纱张力对筒子成形的影响,分析筒子出现菊花芯、脱圈等成形不良的原因;从减小纺纱张力和减小筒子直径两方面进行筒子成形改良试验,提出加装张力传感器并减小纺纱张力的方法。指出:自络纺纱张力一般按所纺纱线断裂强力的10%设计,但应结合筒子成形具体情况进行调整;减小纺纱张力配合加装张力传感器能解决筒子成形不良问题,同时生产效率提升约2个百分点。In order to find the solution to the problem of poor bobbin forming,introduction is made to the influence of the auto-winding spinning on the bobbin forming.Analysis is done to the causes of the poor bobbin forming such as daisy forming and coil slippage.Bobbin forming is optimized by trial reduction of the spinning tension and bobbin diameter.A method is recommended for adding tension sensor and reducing spinning tension.It is pointed out that the tension of the auto-winding spinning be designed within the range of 10% of the yarn breaking strength,but it should be adjusted according to the specific conditions of bobbin forming.The problem of poor bobbin forming can be solved through reducing spinning tension and adding tension sensor,which also can increase the production efficiency by about 2 percentages.
