摘　　要：为了保持毕加诺OPTIMIX型剑杆织机的织造功能,节约更换导剑轨维修费用,降低生产成本,分析导剑轨磨损原因及通常对磨损导剑轨采取的措施。结果表明:对磨损后的左、右导剑轨进行加工后可再利用;改造导剑轨后对织机车速、效率、品质均无影响,导剑轨使用周期与新轨相当,企业所有的483台织机年节约导剑轨采购费用48万余元;对生产设备进行升级改造及技术创新是企业挖潜降耗的具体手段。In order to keep weaving function of the rapier loom OPTIMIX from Picanal,and reduce replacement and maintenance costs for economy production,analysis is done to the abrasion causes of the guiding rails and the measures.The results show that the worn-out guiding rails both on the left side and the right side of the rapier loom can be reused if reprocessed.The reprocessed guiding rails have no effect on speed,efficiency and quality of the loom.The service life of the reprocessed guiding rails is same as new.The enterprise can save more than 480 thousand yuan every year if purchasing guiding rails for the 483 units of rapier looms.The specific means for the enterprise to exploit potentialities and reduce costs lies in upgrading and rebuilding the production equipments and technological innovations.
