浅析梳理工艺控制短绒棉结的误区

摘　　要：为提高梳理质量,在梳理过程中降低短绒和棉结,分析短绒和棉结控制的规律和方法,重点从短绒和棉结未能兼顾、重高产轻棉结控制、重纤维梳理轻纤维取向度、重局部工艺轻系统配合、整理区紧隔距导致短绒增加、不注重管网布置造成棉结杂质线差大等方面阐述短绒和棉结控制的误区和解决措施。指出:梳棉短绒和棉结是梳理质量的重要指标,工艺配置不当造成纤维损伤,紧隔距、强分梳造成短绒和棉结增加;梳理工程需要进行系统控制、合理分配,工艺配置应配合针布柔性梳理、充分梳理,才能有效降低短绒和棉结的增长。In order to improve carding quality by reducing short fibres and neps in carding process,analysis is done to the law and method controlling neps and short fibres in carding process.Highlight is given to the factors resulting in the increase of neps and short fiber such as failing to give consideration to both the short fibres and the neps,overvaluing big output plus undervaluing the neps during carding process,overvaluing carding plus undervaluing orientation of fibres,overvaluing part process plus undervaluing system coordination,short fibres increasing due to the small separation of the finishing areas,and big yarn differerence of the neps impurities regardless of pipeline layout.And countermeasures are given.It is pointed out that short fibers and neps are imprtant index with yarn quality.The fibres damage results from improper configurationand the contradiction of the increasing short fibres and neps caused by the small separation and excessive carding.Something must be done in carding engineering such as systematic control and equitable distribution,and the process configuration should be coordinated with flexible and full carding,which can effectively reduce short fibres and neps.
