摘 要:电能质量问题会对电网及用户设备造成严重影响,因而已成为国内外研究热点之一。本文综述了电能质量的概念、产生原因及其对电网产生的危害,尤其是电压跌落对配电系统的危害。针对电能质量问题,分别介绍了电能质量问题的分析方法以及控制方法。在治理技术上,目前采用定制电力技术治理配电网电能质量问题比较有效,文中主要介绍了动态电压恢复器、静止无功发生器、不间断电源等控制装置,对比了各种控制装置的性能优缺点、应用进展及其经济性,并就动态电能质量和谐波的治理技术进行讨论。Power quality problems have a serious impact on power grids and user equipment, and thus have become one of the research hotspots at home and abroad. This article reviews the concept of power quality, its causes, and the hazards it poses to the power grid, especially the dangers of voltage drops to distribution systems. For power quality problems, the power quality problem analysis and control methods are separately introduced. In the governance technology, it is more effective to use the custom power technology to control the power quality of the distribution network. This article mainly introduces the dynamic voltage restorer, static var generator, uninterruptible power supply and other control devices, and compares the performance of various control devices. Advantages and disadvantages, application progress and economics, and discussions on dynamic power quality and harmonics governance techniques.
