摘 要:寿命周期费用分析是权衡分析装备研制和订购计划、辅助开展管理与维修决策的有效手段。欧美各国采用的MAAP软件以寿命周期内各类事件为驱动,可进行装备寿命周期费用分析、保障资源优化、系统设计方案权衡等工作。在阐述寿命周期费用的概念与特点的基础上,介绍了MAAP软件的计算原理,然后基于MAAP软件给出了装备寿命周期费用分析的具体过程与步骤,可为优化装备费用投入、提高装备效能提供参考。Life cycle cost analysis is an effective means of weighing and analyzing equipment development and order planning,and assisting in management and maintenance decisions. The MAAP software used in Europe and the United States is driven by various events in the life cycle,which can be used to analyze the life cycle cost of the equipment,to ensure the optimization of resources,and to balance the design scheme of the system. Based on the concept and characteristics of the life cycle cost,the calculation principle of MAAP software was introduced,the specific process and steps of equipment life cycle cost were given by the MAAP software. The research can provide a reference for the optimization of equipment cost of investment and enhance the equipment efficiency.
