摘 要:单元重要度分析是对复杂装备进行可靠性分析和维修决策的前提和基础。针对防空反导装备单元重要度评价主观性强,数据模糊的问题,提出了一种Vague集和灰色关联分析理论相结合的防空反导装备单元重要度评价方法。根据防空反导装备作战使用和维修特点,建立了防空反导装备的单元重要度评价指标体系,构建了基于Vague集和灰色关联度的单元重要度评价模型,并以防空反导装备中的雷达系统为实例进行验证。结果表明该方法能够客观、精确地评价防空反导装备单元重要度,为维修决策者进行定量分析提供一种思路。Importance degree analysis is the premise and basis of reliability analysis and maintenance decision for complex equipment. Aiming at the problem of subjectivity and data of fuzzy in air and missile defense equipment importance degree evaluation,a method of air and missile defense equipment importance degree evaluation based on vague sets and gray correlation theory was presented. Then,according to air and missile defense equipment operational use and maintenance characteristic,air and missile defense equipment importance degree evaluation index system and model were established. At last,in order to validate the model,an example of radar system was given. Result shows that the method can evaluate air and missile defense equipment importance degree objectively and accurately,and also can provide thinking for maintenance decision makers to analysis quantitatively.
