羟基铬处理的牛心包片在先天性心脏病手术中的应用

摘  要:目的研究羟基铬处理的牛心包片在先天性心脏病中的应用。方法选择我院2015年8月-2016年8月收治的先天性心脏病患者48例,按照入院顺序分为3组,各16例。选择涤纶片、自体心包片、羟基铬处理的牛心包片进行治疗。比较3组患者并发症与手术相关指标。结果羟基铬处理的牛心包片组并发症发生率(18.75%)显著优于涤纶片(50.00%)与自体心包片(62.50%),且牛心包片不良现象(12.50%)显著低于涤纶片(56.25%)与自体心包片(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过将羟基铬处理的牛心包片在先天性心脏病手术中使用,患者总体治疗效果较高,手术较为安全,并发症发生率较低,治疗效果较好,值得临床运用于研究。Objective To discuss the application of hydroxyl chromium (HC)-processed bovine pericardium in the surgery of congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods The 48 CHD patients treated from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected and assigned to three groups according to the registration number, with 16 cases in each group. The bovine pericardium tablets were treated with polyester chip, autologous pericardium tablets and hy-droxy chromium. The complications and operation related indexes of the three groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the group of hydroxyl chromium treated bovine pericardium (18.75%) was signifcantly better than that of polyester (50.00%) and autologous pericardium (62.50%), and the bad phenomenon of bovine pericar-dium (12.50%) was signifcantly lower than that of polyester (56.25%) and autologous pericardium (50.00%), and the dif-ference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the operation of CHD treated with hydroxyl chromium, the overall treatment effect is higher, the operation is safer, the incidence of complications is low, and the treatment effect is better. It is worthy of clinical application.
