摘　　要：藜蒴木珠蚧Xylococcus castanopsis Wu & Huang是2016年在我国首次发现的藜蒴新害虫。本文介绍该虫的分布、寄主、危害、形态特征和生物学特性等。该虫仅发现在广州为害藜蒴,定居在主干和裸根树皮内。1年发生1代,无明显越冬现象。营两性生殖。每雌平均产卵183粒。Xylococcus castanopsis Wu Huang which is a new pest of Castanopsis fissa was first found in China in 2016. In this paper,the distribution,host,damage to plant of this pest,morphological and biological characteristics were introduced. This pest was found just damaging Castanopsis fissa in Guanghzhou. They settle in the trunk and bare-root bark of C. fissa. It has no obvious overwintering phenomenon and occurs one generation per year. The adult is gamogenesis. The female lays an average of 183 eggs.
