突背蔗犀金龟雌雄成虫的鉴别方法

摘　　要：突背蔗犀金龟是甘蔗重要的地下害虫,快速、准确的鉴别雌雄成虫,对其生物学和生态学研究具有重要的意义。本文根据成虫腹部臀板和腹板的形态特征进行雌雄鉴别,并计算鉴别准确率。结果表明:雄成虫的臀板比较饱满,末端圆钝,腹板各腹节之间的间距较小,略显紧凑。雌成虫臀板中央部分有轻微凹陷,末端相对较尖,腹板各腹节之间的间距较宽,平滑。鉴别准确率为100%。Alissonotum impressicolle Arrow is an important underground pest on sugarcane. Rapid and accurate identifying adult sex has important significance for biology and ecology research of A.impressicolle. In this paper,adult sex was identified based on pygidium and sternum characters of abdomen,and calculated accuracy of identification. The results showed that in male,the pygidium was full,and bottom was blunt. The spacing of each abdominal segment was small and compact. In female,the center portion of pygidium was slight dent,and bottom was sharp. The spacing of each abdominal segment was wide and smooth. The accuracy of identification was 100%.
