摘 要:为准确掌握军用飞机修理线的实力状况,有效提升大修能力,结合Petri网建模仿真方法,开展修理线的能力分析。根据军用飞机修理线特点,建立了修理线层次结构模型。针对飞机大修过程的离散动态特性,采用分层赋时Petri网进行刻画,并根据大修实际制定模型运行规则。设定了修理能力分析指标,并通过仿真,从不同层面进行修理线的能力统计分析,寻找修理能力制约点和提升点。通过案例验证了所提模型与方法的可行有效性,对军用飞机修理线能力建设具有现实意义。In order to accurately grasp and effectively improve the military aircraft overhaul line capability,the Petri nets modeling and simulation method is used to carry out the overhaul line capability analysis.The overhaul line hierarchical model is established according to the characteristics of the military aircraft overhaul line.The hierarchical timed Petri nets are used to describe the discrete dynamic characteristics of the aircraft overhaul process,and the model rules are established based on the actual practice of overhaul.The capability analysis indicators are set up,and the constraint and promotion points of the overhaul line capability can be found at different levels through simulation.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and method are verified through the case,which is of practical significance to the construction of military aircraft overhaul line capability.
