摘  要:目的比较使用超声和CT检测皮下脂肪组织与内脏脂肪组织的有效性与实用性。方法超声测试皮下脂肪组织时用直线探头,测试内脏脂肪组织则使用凸状探头。CT对脐层面进行扫描,图像传至GE公司工作站的分析软件进行计算。结果研究对象的平均年龄男性为(52.4±14.8)岁,女性(52.4±14.3)岁,使用超声和CT检测的结果均显示:不同性别之间的皮下脂肪组织无统计学差异,但内脏脂肪组织存在性别差异。不同性别的各项指标的相关关系显示,CT、超声测试的内脏脂肪组织、皮下脂肪组织之间均有统计学意义。结论超声可测量腹部脂肪组织,无侵袭,费用低,但需要严格执行操作规范。Objective To compare the validity of visceral adipose tissue(VAT) and subcutaneous adipose tissue(SAT) through computed tomography(CT) and ultrasound. Methods For the measure of SAT by ultrasound, a high-resolution linear probe was used. Then a convex probe was used for assessing VAT. Afterwards a single CT scan was performed at the umbilicus. The image was transmitted to GE workstation and the area of SAT and VAT was calculated. Results The average age of male was(52.4±14.8) years old, and female was(52.4±14.3) years old. SAT between male and female had not significant difference, whereas VAT had significant gender difference whether through ultrasound or CT. Results of Spearman's correlation showed that SAT and VAT had significant correlations both male and female from CT and ultrasound. Conclusion Ultrasound can assess the abdominal adipose tissue and has the advantage of no invasion and low cost. But it need to carry out operational protocol strictly.
