摘　　要：目的探讨中年女性常见妇科炎症性疾病的临床分析及预防保健。方法选取(2015年1月-2017年1月)来我院就诊的80例中年女性为研究对象,采用回顾性分析方法,对本组中年女性临床资料进行分析,分析疾病的种类,并进行分析。结果本组80例中年女性临床资料中,69例(86.25%)患有妇科疾病,其中有60例(86.96%)为妇科炎症性疾病,其中1例(1.67%)生殖器结核,2例(3.33%)前庭大腺炎,3例(5.00%)外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,15例(25.00%)老年性阴道炎,9例(15.00%)滴虫性阴道炎,11例(18.33%)细菌性阴道炎,19例(31.67%)宫颈炎。结论由于中年女性年龄的增加,其免疫功能就会下降,因此更要加大对疾病的认识,养成良好的生活习惯,有效预防妇科炎症性疾病发生,做到未病先防,病愈防复。Objective To explore the clinical analysis and preventive health care of common gynecologic inflammatory diseases in middle-aged women. Methods A total of 80 middle-aged women in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. The clinical data of the middle-aged women were analyzed retrospectively, and the types of diseases were analyzed and analyzed. Results 80 cases of this group of middle-aged women in the clinical data, 69 cases（86.25%） suffering from gynecological diseases, including 60 cases（86.96%） for gynecological inflammatory diseases, including 1 case of genital tuberculosis（1.67%）, 2 cases（3.33%） bartholinitis, 3 cases（5.00%） of vulvovaginal candidiasis, 15 cases（25.00%） of senile vaginitis, 9 cases（15.00%） of trichomonas vaginitis, 11 cases（18.33%） bacterial vaginitis, 19 cases（31.67%） of cervicitis. Conclusion Due to the increase of middle-aged women age, their immune function will decrease, therefore more to increase awareness of the disease, to develop good habits, effective prevention of gynecological inflammation, do not disease prevention, prevent the recurrence of illness.
