经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗老年前列腺增生的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗老年前列腺增生的疗效。方法随机选取本院自2016年10月-2017年10月收治的90例老年前列腺增生患者,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组(45例)、实验组(45例),对照组实施传统手术治疗,实验组实施经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗,分析手术指标、前列腺症状评分、临床指标、并发症。结果手术指标、临床指标对比:实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);前列腺症状评分、并发症对比:实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年前列腺增生患者临床治疗中,应用经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗,既可改善手术指标、前列腺症状、临床指标,又可减少并发症发生概率,临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral enucleation of the prostate for the treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomized and divided into a control group（45cases） and an experimental group（45 cases） according to different treatment methods. The control group was given traditional surgical treatment was performed. The experimental group was treated with transurethral enucleation of the prostate. The surgical indexes, prostate symptom scores, clinical indicators, and complications were analyzed. Results Comparison of surgical indexes and clinical indexes： The experimental group was superior to the control group（P﹤0.05）. The prostate symptom scores and complications were compared： the experimental group was lower than the control group（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, transurethral resection of the prostate can not only improve the surgical indicators, prostate symptoms, clinical indicators, but also reduce the probability of complications, and has a higher clinical value.
