滋阴利肺汤联合西药对肺结核患者血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨滋阴利肺汤联合西药对肺结核患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2014年7月-2017年7月我院100例肺结核患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合滋阴利肺汤治疗,比较两组患者病灶吸收情况及治疗前后血清炎症因子水平。结果研究组患者病灶吸收率为92.00%,对照组患者病灶吸收率为76.00%,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者各炎症因子水平较治疗前均明显降低,且研究组优于对照组,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论滋阴利肺汤联合西药可有效促进病灶吸收,抑制机体炎性反应,在肺结核治疗中具有重要应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of Nourishing Yin and Clearing Lung Soup and western medicine for serum inflammatory factors of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 100 PTB patients from Jul.2014 to Jul.2017 were selected and divided into control group（n=50） and research group（n=50）. The control group was taken western medicine and the research group was taken Nourishing Yin and Clearing Lung Soup and western medicine. The changes of lesions absorption and inflammatory factors were compared. Results The focal absorption rate in research group was significant higher than control group（P﹤0.05）. The level of inflammatory factors were decreased in the two groups and the reduction rate was superior to control group（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Nourishing Yinand Clearing Lung Soup and western medicine can effectively promote focal absorption and inhibit inflammation.
