枣仁安神胶囊联合奥沙西泮在睡眠障碍治疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨枣仁安神胶囊联合奥沙西泮在睡眠障碍治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月-2018年2月我院96例睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组48例,对照组患者口服奥沙西泮治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上口服枣仁安神胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的睡眠质量。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者的PSQI评分较治疗前均显著降低,且研究组优于对照组,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论枣仁安神胶囊联合奥沙西泮可有效提高患者的治疗效果及睡眠质量,在睡眠障碍治疗中具有重要应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of zaorenanshen capsule plus oxazepam in sleep disorders. Methods 96 sleep disorders cases from October 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into control group（n=48） and research group（n=48）. The control group was taken oxazepam orally and the research group was taken zaorenanshen capsule plus oxazepam. The effects and sleep quality were compared. Results The clinical effects of research group was significant higher than control group（P﹤0.05）. After treatment, the PSQI scores were decreased in the two groups and the PSQI scores in research group was significant lower than control group（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Zaorenanshen capsule plus oxazepam can improve clinical effects and sleep quality in sleep disorders.
