摘  要:针对石墨烯与其他材料间的作用力很弱,且石墨烯片层之间极易团聚,难以与聚合物材料结合的问题,本研究通过对不同的表面改性剂进行化学处理,将改性后的石墨烯填充到碳纤维/PTFE复合材料(CF/PTFE)中,研究其对CF/PTFE的摩擦磨损性能的影响。发现经硅烷偶联剂(KH560、KH550)、TiO2、钛酸酯偶联剂(NDZ-401)和十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)等改性剂改性的石墨烯均能提高CF/PTFE的磨损性能,且与未改性石墨烯直接填充相比,磨损率依次降低了21%、42%、48%、48%和53%,摩擦系数依次降低了2%、6%、8%、10%和18%。OTS效果要明显优于传统硅烷偶联剂且能够更加有效地提高填料与基体的界面结合强度。It is extremely difficult for graphene to form a good dispersion in the polymer matrix for its weak interaction with the materials and the easily agglomerated layers.Graphene was subjected to chemical treatment with different surface modifiers.The modified graphene was filled into carbon fiber/PTFE composites(CF/PTFE),and its effect on the friction and wear properties of CF/PTFE was studied.It is found that the graphene modified by silane coupling agents(KH560,KH550),TiO2,titanate coupling agent(NDZ-401)and octadecyltrichlorosilane(OTS)can improve the anti-wear performance of CF/PTFE.Compared with CF/PTFE filled with unmodified graphene,the wear rate is reduced by 21%,42%,48%,48%and 53%,and the friction coefficient was reduced by 2%,6%,8%,10%and 18%,respectively.OTS is much better than the traditional silane coupling agents,and it can also reinforce the interfacial bonding between graphene and the matrix.
