摘  要:针对造纸黑液提取物液化转化产率低和解聚复杂的问题,采用超临界流体技术和HZSM-5催化剂处理复杂的生物质并使其液化制备燃料。以制浆造纸黑液木质素为原料,在超临界乙醇体系中采用正交试验法进行解聚,探讨反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对造纸黑液提取物液化率的影响,得到最佳反应条件(温度为285℃、时间为30min、催化剂用量为0.5g),其中原料转化率为69.98%,残渣得率为30.02%。采用热重(thermogravimetry,TG)分析法研究了造纸黑液木质素的热化学特性,通过气相色谱–质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)、发热量分析及傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)对解聚产物进行表征。本研究对造纸黑液木质素大分子结构解聚制备生物油提供了一定的理论依据。Aiming at the problem of low liquefaction conversion efficiency and complex depolymerization of black liquor extract,the complex biomass was treated with HZSM-5 catalyst by supercritical fluid technology and liquefied to prepare fuel.In this paper,pulping papermaking black liquor lignin was used as the raw material and orthogonal experiment method was employed to depolymerization in the supercritical ethanol system.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of catalyst on liquefaction efficiency of papermaking black liquor extract were investigated,and the best reaction conditions(temperature:285 ℃,time:30 min,the amount of catalyst:0.5 g)were obtained,in which the feed conversion was 69.98% and the residue yield was 30.02%.Thermogravimetric(TG)analysis was used to study the thermochemical properties of lignin from papermaking black liquor.The depolymerization products of lignin from papermaking black liquor were characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),calorific value analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).This study provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of biooil from the depolymerization of lignin macromolecular structure in papermaking black liquor.
