摘　　要：目的探索glypican-6基因在鼻咽癌中的表达水平,预测glypican-6参与鼻咽癌发生发展的关系。方法从癌症基因组图谱(the cancer genome atlas,TCGA)提取头颈癌glypican-6的数据进行整合;有临床样本信息的成对(癌和癌旁)RNA-seq数据,通过edgeR分析软件完成分析工作。结果 glypican-6在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平较癌旁组织显著上调。结论 Glypican-6可作为促癌基因在鼻咽癌中发挥作用,有望成为鼻咽癌的预后指标或者治疗靶点。Objective To explore the expression level of glypican-6 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and predict the relationship between glypican-6 and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The data of head and neck cancer glypican-6 were extracted from the Cancer Genome Atlas（TCGA）.RNA-seq data of paired（cancer and paracancerous）samples with clinical sample information were analyzed by edgeR analysis software.Results The expression level of glypican-6 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissue.Conclusion Glypican-6 can play a role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma as a carcinogenic gene,and is expected to be a prognostic indicator or therapeutic target for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
