摘　　要：本文认为特朗普政府提出的亚太稳定计划,可使美国在亚太地区的战略部署更灵活前瞻,还富有强大震慑威力。中国的和平崛起战略并未打消美国遏制防范心理,尤其是美国的三大地缘经济战略在不同程度上与中国当前发起的"一带一路"倡议存在利益重合和冲撞,中国的经济腾飞和高速发展与美国的衰落和亚太稳定计划构成了新时期中美关系的新矛盾,这是当前中美关系所面临的的重大挑战。This paper argues that the Trump government＇s Asia-Pacific Stability Initiative can make the U.S. strategic deployment in the Asia-Pacific region flexible and forward-looking,as well as has a powerful deterrent. China＇s peaceful rise strategy has not dispelled the United States＇ misgivings,especially the three major geopolitical strategies of the United States,to varying degrees,overlapped and collided with China＇s current ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy. China＇s economic growth and rapid development and the decline of the United States and its Asia-Pacific Stability Initiative constitute the new contradictions in the Sino-U.S. relations in the new era. This is a major challenge facing the current Sino-U.S. relation.
