摘  要:目的考察注射用血栓通与胰岛素在葡萄糖注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法检测室温12 h内注射用血栓通与10%葡萄糖注射液配伍加入胰岛素后,溶液外观、不溶性微粒、pH变化,以及配伍液中三七皂苷和胰岛素含量的变化。结果配伍液在12 h内无浑浊沉淀,pH、三七总皂苷和胰岛素含量均无明显变化;配伍液颜色6 h内无变化,其后颜色变深;不溶性微粒数8 h内无明显变化,其后逐渐增多。结论在试验条件下,注射用血栓通与胰岛素在10%葡萄糖注射液中6 h内配伍稳定。Objective To investigate the compatible stability of Xueshuantong Injection mixing with insulin in Glucose Injection. Methods The insulin was added into the compatibility solution of Xueshuantong Injection and 10% Glucose Injection,and the changes of appearance,particles and pH,and the changes of notoginsenoside and insulin content in the compatibility solution within 12 h at ambient temperature were observed. Results There was no turbidity and precipitation in the compatibility solution within 12 h, no significant changes were found in the content of pH,notoginsenoside and insulin,the color of compatibility solution had no changes within 6 h,and then became darker. No significant changes were found in insoluble particles within 8 h, and then gradually increased. Conclusion Xueshuantong Injection mixing with insulin in 10% Glucose Injection is stable within 6 h under the experimental conditions.
