摘  要:目的改进2015年版《中国药典(一部)》川牛膝药材及其制剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法在与《中国药典》相同层析条件下,改进川牛膝药材及制剂中供试品溶液制备方法。结果在现行《中国药典》层析条件下,川牛膝药材及与川牛膝配伍的不同剂型、不同入药方式、不同生产工艺的中药成方制剂,均检出与杯苋甾酮对照品相应的特征斑点,薄层色谱分离良好,斑点清晰。结论改进后的薄层鉴别方法效果良好,为药典的修订提供了参考。Objective To improve the TLC identification method for herb and preparation of Cyathula officinalis in Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition, Volume Ⅰ). Methods The experiments were carried out under the chromatographic conditions in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the preparation methods of test solution of Cyathula officinalis and its preparations were improved. Results Under the current chromatographic conditions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,in the Cyathula officinalis and prescriptions of different dosage forms,different drug used methods and different production techniques of Cyathula officinalis, the corresponding characteristic spots were detected with the control sample of cyasterone. The TLC was well separated and the spots were clear. Conclusion The improved TLC identification method has better effect,which can provide a reference for the revision of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
