摘　　要：目的探讨造血干细胞移植术后患者照顾者创伤后成长水平及其影响因素,以期为造血干细胞移植术后患者照顾者的心理干预提供理论依据。方法选取天津市两所三级甲等医院造血干细胞移植术后患者照顾者314名,应用一般资料调查表、创伤后成长量表、心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查。结果造血干细胞移植术后患者照顾者创伤后成长得分为(71.27±15.39)分,医疗费用支付方式、心理弹性、消极应对、积极应对影响造血干细胞移植术后患者照顾者创伤后成长水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),解释总变异量的41.7%。结论造血干细胞移植术后患者照顾者创伤后成长处于中等水平,医护人员应以创伤后成长影响因素为切入点,进行有针对性的心理干预,提高创伤后成长水平,促进心理健康,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of posttraumatic growth in caregivers of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods Totally,314 caregivers of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Tianjin were investigated by general information questionnaire,Posttraumatic Growth Inventory,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire.Results The mean score of posttraumatic growth inventory was（ 71.27±15.39）.Multiple regression showed that medical expense payment,resilience,negative coping style and positive coping style were the major influencing factors（ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,which explained 41.7% of the total variance.Conclusion The posttraumatic growth of caregivers of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is at a medium level.Relevant influencing factors should be focused by medical staff,and it is necessary to take intervening measures to improve the level of posttraumatic growth for promoting the recovery of psychological health and enhancing quality life.
