摘 要:目的探讨5S健康教育管理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果,为临床推广提供依据。方法选取2016年4月至2017年3月在某肿瘤医院接受根治性乳腺切除治疗的乳腺癌患者286例为研究对象。其中2016年4月至9月收治的151例患者为对照组,2016年10月至2017年3月收治的患者135例为干预组。对照组患者采用常规健康教育方法,干预组患者采用整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养5S健康教育管理干预模式进行健康教育。比较两组患者的健康促进生活方式、乳腺癌术后功能锻炼依从性情况。结果干预组患者的健康促进生活方式总分及各维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);术后功能锻炼依从性总分及各维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 5S健康教育管理模式优于常规健康教育模式,建议临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of 5 S health education management model in patients with breast cancer,and provide the basis for clinical promotion.Methods Totally,286 breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy in a cancer hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects.A total of 151 patients from April 2016 to September were treated as the control group,and 135 patients from October 2016 to March 2017 were treated as the intervention group.The control group received routine health education method,and the intervention group received Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seikeetsu,Shitsuke,5 S health education management intervention model for health education.The health promoting lifestyle and the compliance of functional exercise after breast cancer operation were compared between the two groups.Results By adopting the management model of health education of 5 S in patients with breast cancer,health promoting behavior score and each dimension score were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0.01),postoperative functional exercise compliance score and each dimension score were also significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Conclusion The 5 S health education management model is superior to the conventional health education model,and it is recommended to be widely applied in clinic.
