糖尿病看图对话工具在社区护士健康教育培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病看图对话工具在社区护士健康教育培训中的应用效果。方法选取社区中心6个全科团队的60名护士,使用糖尿病看图对话工具进行健康教育培训。培训结束后,比较培训前及培训3个月后社区护士糖尿病健康教育相关理论知识、操作技能的考核成绩及社区护士核心能力评分情况。结果培训3个月后,社区护士糖尿病健康教育相关理论知识、操作技能的考核成绩及社区护士核心能力评分都较培训前有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论糖尿病看图对话工具培训能有效提高社区护士的糖尿病相关理论及操作技能考核成绩,全面提升了社区护士的核心能力,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of diabetes chart dialogue tool in the health education and training of community nurses.Methods Totally,60 nurses from 6 general departments in the community center were selected for health education and training through the use of diabetes dialogue tool.After the training,it was compared before and after 3 months of training to evaluate the theoretical knowledge of diabetes health education,the operational skills assessment results and the core competence of community nurses.Result After3 months of training,the theoretical knowledge of diabetes health education,the operational skills assessment results and the core competence score of community nurses were significantly higher than those before the training,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion The training of diabetes chart dialogue tool can effectively improve community nurses＇ diabetes related theory and operational skills assessment results,and comprehensively improve the core competence of community nurses,which is worthy of promotion and application.
