摘 要:以种子含油量和大小2种显著差异性状的甘蓝型油菜DH系甘蓝型油菜为亲本材料(DH 0216为高含油量的小种子,DH 0729为低含油量的大种子)进行正交和反交实验,并对正反交种子进行相关性状比较分析。结果表明:正反交种子与亲本某些性状差异显著,尤其在种子含油量以及子叶含油量上,表现出严重的偏母性。但种子大小、脂肪酸组成等差异不明显,也未表现出偏母性。To select the seed oil content and size two significantly different traits of DH of Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)were used as the parent material(DH 0216 for high oil content of small seeds,DH 0729 for low oil content of big seed)to carried out the orthogonal and inverse cross experiments,a comparative analysis of reciprocal cross seeds and related traits.The results showed that there were significant differences in some traits between reciprocal cross seeds and their parents,especially in seed oil content and cotyledon oil content,it shows severe maternal bias.However,the differences in seed size and fatty acid composition were not obvious,and there was no maternal bias.
