摘  要:干旱胁迫是玉米生产上产生空秆的重要原因之一。本试验以对干旱胁迫具有不同耐性的玉米自交系D 88-34R、PB 08-5S和玉米杂交种丹玉39、D 06为试材,通过盆栽干旱胁迫试验,研究不同耐旱品种雌穗幼穗分化对干旱胁迫的反应差异。结果表明,不同耐旱材料在干旱胁迫下雌穗发育均受到很大影响,但材料之间表现差异很大。杂交种对干旱胁迫的耐受程度较自交系高。干旱胁迫下的行粒数、总小花数、败育粒数反应比较敏感,是导致玉米干旱胁迫下产生高空秆率的主要原因。Drought stress is one of the important reasons for producing empty stalk in maize production.This experiment in maize inbred lines with different tolerance to drought stress D 88-34 r,PB 08-5 Sand maize hybrid Danyu 39,D 06 as test materials.Though potted drought stress test,study different drought-tolerant varieties female spike young ear differentiation response to drought stress.The result showed that the female spike development of different resistant materials is affected a lot under drought stress,but the performance of the materials was very different.The degree of tolerance of hybrid to drought stress was higher than that of inbred lines.Under drought stress,Rows per ear,kernels,total florets and abortive grains were more sensitive reaction,which was the main reason for the high rate of empty stalk under drought stress of maize.
