摘  要:近年来钢铁企业竞争日益加剧,迫使企业不断提高自身技术水平,占据钢铁企业能源消耗70%的高炉降低能耗尤为重要。介绍了邯钢1#高炉通过下部操作制度参数的优化,配合上部装料制度的调整,提高原燃料质量管理水平,形成了一套完整的操作制度,使高炉均衡、高效、低耗、稳定的生产。煤气利用率由47%~49%提高至50%,高炉燃料比降低到510 kg/t以下,提高了企业的经济效益。The competition of steel enterprises is increasing in recent years,forcing the enterprises to improve technical level. It is particularly important to reduce the energy consumption of the blast furnace making up70% energy consumption of steel enterprises. A set of complete operating system was formed by the optimization of operating system parameters,the adjustment of the upper loading system and the improvement quality management of the rawfuel of 1# blast furnace. The blast furnace avhieves balanced,efficient,lowconsumption and stable production.
