摘 要:针对焦炉烟气余热回收问题,河钢集团宣钢公司焦化厂通过多次现场考察与技术交流,对比分析了热管余热锅炉回收-螺杆发电机组发电与热管余热锅炉回收-耦合发电等不同工艺方案,根据现场条件,综合考虑焦炉烟气量、烟气温度等因素,确定利用热管余热锅炉回收工艺方案。将焦炉烟气经余热回收系统换热降温后,由原来的220~290℃降至约170℃,平均每小时产生4.5 t 0.6~0.8 MPa饱和蒸汽进入蒸汽管网,供应现有干熄焦发电系统减温减压的低品质蒸汽用户。在不影响焦炉正常生产的情况下,有效利用烟气余热资源,实现蒸汽资源的梯级利用,减少了干熄焦系统抽汽量,不仅能减少环境污染、节约能源、降低生产运行成本,还提高了发电量,经济效益显著。In view of waste heat recovery of coke oven flue gas,the coking plant of Xuansteel carries out a number of field investigations and technical exchanges,contrasts and analyzes the different process schemes of heat pipe waste heat boiler recovery-screwgenerating unit power generation and heat pipe waste heat boiler recovery-coupled power generation. According to the field conditions,flue gas quantity of coke oven and flue gas temperature,the recycling process for heat pipe waste heat boiler is determinate. After the cooling of flue gas from the waste heat recovery system,the coke oven flue gas is reduced from 220 ~ 290 ℃to 170 ℃,and the average 4. 5 t 0. 6 ~ 0. 8 MPa saturated steam is produced per hour into the steam pipe network to supply the lowquality steam users of the existing CDQ power generation system are supplied.Without affecting the normal production of coke oven,effective utilization of waste heat resources of flue gas can be used to realize the cascade utilization of steam resources and reduce the extraction capacity of dry coke system. It can not only reduce environmental pollution,save energy,reduce the cost of production and operation,but also increase the power generation capacity,and the economic efficiency is remarkable.
