摘　　要：煤矿的综采工作面在进行初次放顶时,如果相关技术使用不当或安全控制措施不到位就容易出现工作面顶板事故,威胁作业人员的生命安全。结合综采工作面的特点,就初次放顶煤的技术及相关管理措施进行了探究,希望可以为采煤生产效率和安全性提高提供借鉴。In the initial top coal caving at the fully mechanized working face of coal mines, the roof accident was easy to occur if the related technology was improperly used or safety control measures were not taken in place, which threatened the life safety of the workers. Combining with the characteristics of fully mechanized working face, this paper explored the initial top coal caving technology and relevant management measures with hoping to provide references for improving coal mining production efficiency and safety.
