摘 要:对新比隆A7离心压缩机叶轮与CR-2隔板形成的基本级、基本级与基本级不同间距的串联级、进气室与基本级组合、末级等4种情况进行CFD计算仿真、比较了基本级CFD计算结果与新比隆试验值一致性并分析了通流不同匹配状态下对基本级气动特性的影响;基于上述研究,作者完成一台4级离心压缩机器设计制造,开展了整机的匹配试验验证。试验结果对如何利用基本级通向多级离心压缩机械高效与安全运行的设计与研究具有一定借鉴作用。Abatract: CFD computational simulation was carried out on such four conditions as basic stage formed by the impeller of Nuovo Pignone A7 centrifugal compressor and CR-2 baffle plate,combination of basic stage and tandem stage of basic stage with different spacing,combination of intake chamber and basic stage and final stage,agreement comparison was carried out between CFD computational results of basic stage and test values of Nuovo Pignone,and the effect of different flow matching conditions on aerodynamic behavior of basic stage was analyzed; Based on above researches,the authors have completed the design and manufacture of one 4-stage centrifugal compressor and conducted verification on the matching test of the whole machine. The test results have a certain reference value for the design and research aiming at high-efficiency and safe operation of multistage compression machinery using the basic stage.
