摘 要:为研究2种不同齿形的双侧强化单管的性能,通过试验测试了强化管和光管的沸腾传热性能。从综合传热系数、两侧换热系数和管内压降对比分析不同齿形的强化管的性能参数,并对两强化管的综合性能作了相应的评价。应用A、B2种齿形的强化管都可以达到节能的目的,其中A管比B管更有优势。In order to research the performance of the enhanced single tubes at both sides with two different types of tooth,the boiling heat transfer performance of the bare tube and enhanced tube was measured through tests.The performance parameters of the enhanced tube with different types of tooth were compared and analyzed in terms of the integrated heat transfer coefficient,heat transfer coefficients at both sides and pressure drop inside the tube, and the integrated performance of the two types of enhanced tube was evaluated accordingly. Both type A and B enhanced tubes can achieve the goal of energy conservation when they are applied,among them,tube A has advantage over tube B.
