干式无油双螺杆空压机指示曲线的试验研究

摘　　要：设计并搭建了测试压缩机性能的试验台,并通过在压缩机机体上依次布置压力传感器,测得了压缩机实际工作过程的p-V指示曲线,并对其进行了相关理论分析,得到了转速与背压对压缩机工作过程的影响。同时通过对压缩过程与排气温度使用多方过程来进行拟合,得到了可用于实际工程计算的多方过程指数。A test rig was built to study the working process of a dry oil-free twin-screw air compressor. Several pressure sensors were located in the compressor casing to measure and record the p-V indicator diagram in the actual operation process of the compressor.Through relevant calculations based on p-V indicator diagrams,the effect of rotary speed and back pressure on working process of the compressor was obtained. Meanwhile,the polytropic exponents which can be used for actual engineering calculation were obtained by fitting of the compression process and discharge temperature using the polytropic process.
