摘 要:针对尾矿筑坝用旋流器底流浓度低、细颗粒含量高的问题,提出一种W底流口旋流器。通过数值模拟和试验对比分析了φ50mm旋流器配置W型底流口和普通底流口时的分离性能。模拟结果表明,采用W底流口后,流体的轴向、切向和径向速度均变小,离心力减小,停留时间变长,使底流浓度升高,细颗粒含量减少;试验结果表明,底流浓度由62.4%增大到64.28%,底流中-20μm颗粒的含量由20.66%减小到17.47%。with respect to the problem of low underflow concentration and high content of fine particles with a traditional hydrocyclone during the construction of tailing dam,a hydrocyclone with W underflow pipe was proposed. The separation performance of a φ 50 mm hydrocyclone was compared and analyzed through numerical simulation and test when equipped with W underflow pipe and conventional underflow pipe. The simulation results show that,for the hydrocyclone with“W”underflow pipe,the axial,tangential and radial velocities of the fluid all become smaller.The centrifugal force decreases and the residence time increases, which are beneficial for increasing the underflow concentration and reducing content of the fine particles.The test results show that the concentration increases from 62.4% to 64.28%,and the content of -20 μm particles decreases from 20.66% to 17.47%.
