摘 要:针对微型离心泵设计时缺乏理论公式指导的问题,采取基于权矩阵分析的多目标正交试验方法,进行微型泵叶轮设计参数优化研究。采用CFD方法对正交试验方案进行数值模拟,并根据模拟结果计算出影响扬程、效率和功率3种考察指标的各因素各水平的权重值大小,确定离心泵叶轮的优化方案。比较优化方案和原方案的内外特性,结果发现,在设计工况下,优化方案的效率提高约10%,功率下降56%以上。该方法为后续微型离心泵优化设计提供了理论基础。The multi - objective orthogonal test method based on weight matrix analysis is used to optimize the parameters of micro - pump impeller design,due to the lack of theoretical formula guidance for miniature centrifugal pumps.The CFD method is used to simulate the orthogonal test scheme,and according to the simulation results,the weight value of the selected value of the factors influencing the head,efficiency and power is calculated,and the optimization scheme of the centrifugal pump impeller is determined.Compared with the original impeller,the results show that the efficiency of the optimize impeller is improved by about 10 percentage points,and the power is reduced by more than 56% under the design conditions.The method provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization of micro centrifugal pump.
