摘  要:对CCSB-40/200型高压空压机中的螺杆机皮带传动设计进行了研究,经三角皮带选型、传动特点分析选择以张紧螺杆机的方案,提出了设计中所要关注的焦点;张紧弹簧设计中除满足三角皮带的张紧条件,还需在稳定性、疲劳强度和振动等方面进行校核、验证才能使设备传动能够运转稳定、寿命长;设计的一种自动张紧装置对螺杆机的传动设计具有一定的参考价值。The research was carried out on the design of belt transmission mechanism for the screw tensioning machine in CCSB - 40/200 type high pressure air compressor.After type selection of V-belts and analysis of transmission characteristics,the scheme of screw tensioning machine was chosen,the concerns in design were proposed;In the tension spring design, besides satisfying the tensioning condition of the V-belts,only when the stability, fatigue strength and vibration, etc.are checked and verified,can the equipment transmission run stably and have a long service life;a type of automatic tensioning device designed in this paper offers certain reference for transmission design of screw tensioning machine.
