摘 要:为解决毛细管辐射空调在夏季运行时出现结露现象的问题,提出转轮除湿新风与毛细管辐射空调系统联合供冷运行方案,并进行了相关设计计算和试验测试。运行结果表明:毛细管回水温度为18℃,单独运行毛细管辐射系统时,室内毛细管壁及地面有结露现象且房间内垂直方向有明显温度梯度;转轮除湿新风与毛细管辐射空调联合运行时,室内空气温度为24℃左右,相对湿度为62%左右,试验全程未出现结露现象,有效改善室内空气品质及舒适性。In order to solve the problem of condensation during the running of capillary radiation air conditioning in summer, the operation scheme of rotary wheel dehumidifier fresh air and capillary radiation air conditioning system for combined cooling was put forward,and related design calculations and experimental tests were carried out. The operation results show that when the capillary return water temperature is 18℃,in the case of operation of the capillary radiation system alone,there is condensation on the surface of the capillary pipe and floor,and there is obvious temperature gradient in the vertical direction in the room;whereas when the rotary wheel dehumidifier fresh air runs together with capillary radiation air conditioning,the indoor air temperature is about 24℃ and the relative humidity is about 62%. There is no condensation in the whole test process,thus the combined running scheme effectively improves the indoor air quality and comfort.
