摘 要:为了延缓和降低大体积混凝土的最大水化热,降低水泥用量,延长混凝土龄期,尝试掺用粉煤灰和磨细矿渣粉、选用缓凝型外加剂等方法,在试配阶段采用低水胶比、不同掺量粉煤灰和磨细矿渣粉,在满足混凝土各项工作性能、力学性能的情况下,确立出最佳配合比。实践结果表明:新的大体积混凝土配合比设计在满足强度要求的前提下,未产生任何温度裂缝和收缩裂缝,配合比设计思路和方法取得了良好的效果。In order to delay and reduce the maximum heat of hydration of mass concrete,reduce the amount of cement and extend the age of the concrete,fly ash,finely ground slag powder and the slow-setting additives were applied.At the trial preparation stage,low water-to-rubber ratios,different blending amounts of fly ash and finely ground slag powder were used,and the optimum mix ratio was determined under the condition of satisfying all the requirements for performance and mechanical properties of the concrete.The results of practical use show that the new mix design of mass concrete does not produce any temperature cracks and shrinkage cracks under the premise of meeting the strength requirements.
