摘 要:为研究沥青路面就地热再生加热过程中温度分布的统计特性,将加热热流密度、导热系数、比热容及密度视为随机变量,在ANSYS有限元分析软件中建立就地热再生加热过程中沥青路面温度场的三维模型,并提取节点温度变化曲线;利用MATLAB对温度变化曲线进行统计分析。结果表明:在沥青路面上面层,输入热流密度的随机性对沥青路面表面温度分布的随机性的影响最为显著;在沥青路面内部,比热容和密度的随机性是影响温度分布随机性的主要因素。In order to study the statistical characteristics of temperature distribution in the process of heating asphalt pavement for hot in-place recycling,parameters such as heat flux,thermal conductivity,specific heat capacity and density were considered as random variables,based on which a three-dimensional model of temperature field of asphalt pavement during the heating was established with ANSYS,the finite element analysis software,and the variation curve of node temperature was obtained.The statistical analysis of the temperature change curve was carried out in MATLAB.The results show that the randomness of the input heat flux has the most significant influence on the randomness of the surface temperature distribution of the asphalt pavement;inside the asphalt pavement,the randomness of specific heat capacity and density is the main factor affecting the randomness of the temperature distribution.
