摘　　要：从服务业发展现状和服务业开放现状两个方面找出目前辽宁省服务业开放过程中存在的问题,并揭示导致这些问题的原因。通过与江苏、浙江、广东等发达省份的对比,针对辽宁服务业开放存在的问题提出较为全面的解决办法,以期改善目前对辽宁省服务业开放研究不足的现状。The problems existing in the opening process of the service industry of Liaoning Province is found out from the two aspects of the current situation of the development of the service industry and the status quo of the opening of the service industry,and the causes leading to these problems are revealed.Comparisons are made with the developed provinces such as Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Guangdong. More comprehensive solutions are proposed to the problems existing in the opening of service industry of Liaoning Province so as to improve the current situation of the insufficient research on the opening of the service industry in Liaoning Province.
