全面深化文化体制改革的制约因素与对策

摘　　要：党的十八届三中全会出台的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》系统阐述了当前我国各领域全面深化改革的具体内容,其中深化文化体制改革是重点领域。从全面深化文化体制改革的必要性入手,着重分析当前我国文化体制改革的制约因素,在此基础上提出深化文化体制改革的具体对策,为社会主义文化的大发展、大繁荣提供理论支撑。The Decision of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party on Several Major Issues of Comprehensively Deepening Reform made by the 3 rd Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party systematically states the specific contents of comprehensively deepening reforms of various fields in China,among which deepening the reform of cultural system is the key area. Started from the necessity of deepening the reform of cultural system,the constraints of comprehensively deepening reform of cultural system are analyzed emphatically. Specific countermeasures of deepening reform of cultural system are proposed accordingly so as to provide theoretical support for the great development and prosperity of socialist culture.
