外热式氧化炭化工艺设备在煤质活性炭生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了活性炭生产过程中外热式氧化炭化设备的基本情况。通过设备改造及工艺改进,研发了一套外热式氧化、炭化设备及工艺,分析了影响炭化工艺运行过程中的影响因素。经过实践生产,证明了研发的用于氧化炭化工艺的外热式加热设备运行良好,采用的氧化工艺及循环加热工艺稳定可靠,可以大幅度提高活性炭的性能及生产效率。This paper introduces the basic situation of external heating oxidation carbonization equipment in the production of activated carbon. A set of external heating oxidation, carbonization equipment and process were developed by means of equipment modification and process improvement, and the factors affecting the operation of carbonization process were analyzed. Through practical production, it is proved that the external heating equipment developed for oxidizing carbonization process runs well, the oxidation process and the cycle heating process adopted are stable and reliable, and the properties and production efficiency of activated carbon can be greatly improved.
