摘　　要：目的探讨甲硫氨酸合酶(MS)、甲硫氨酸合酶还原酶(MSR)基因位点多态性与静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的关系。方法选择2016年7月-2017年12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院确诊VTE的患者162例作为病例组,以同期住院的体检无VTE、且性别及年龄相匹配的患者203例作为正常对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测Hcy水平;应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-PFLP)技术检测MS A2756G、MSR A66G位点多态性,分析基因位点多态性与VTE的关系。结果病例组的吸烟、腹型肥胖、高脂血症人数多于正常对照组,BMI、腰围、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体、TG、Hcy、叶酸水平均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MSR A66G的隐性模型和等位基因分布频率在病例组与正常对照组中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MSR A66G基因隐性模型不是VTE的独立危险因素,而高Hcy血症、吸烟、腹型肥胖是VTE的危险因素。结论MS A2756G、MSR A66G基因多态性与VTE不存在相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between MS,MSR gene polymorphisms and venous thromboembolism（VTE）.Methods By retrospective analysis,162 patients diagnosed as VTE in Department of Cardiac Failure of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University between July 2016 and December 2017 were selected,while 203 cases with gender and age matched were selected as control group,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the blood serum Hcy levels,and PCR-PFLP technique to detect MS A2756 Gand MSR A66 Gpolymorphisms.Results Smoking,abdominal obesity and hyperlipidemia in the proportion of patients in the case group were higher than the normal control group.BMIs,waist circumference,fibrinogen,D-dimer,Triglyceride and folic acid levels in the case group were higher than those in the normal control group（P〈0.05）.MSR A66 Grecessive model and allele distribution frequency were significantly different between the case group and the normal control group（P〈0.05）.MSR A66 Grecessive model was not an independent risk factor for VTE,but hyperHcy,smoking and abdominal obesity are the risk factors for VTE.Conclusion There were no correlations between MS A2756 G,MSR A66 Ggene polymorphisms and VTE.
