摘  要:目的研究热解柠檬酸法制备的3种石墨烯量子点的光学性质。方法采用自下而上法以柠檬酸为前驱体制成2种荧光产率不同的石墨烯量子点,进一步通过掺杂乙二胺制成N掺杂的石墨烯量子点,对3种不同的石墨烯量子点进行结构表征分析,考察其光学性质和形貌特征以及在不同pH环境下的稳定性。结果热解柠檬酸法制备的GQDs-1量子点荧光产率为2.28%,激发波长为360nm,发射波长为460nm,具有激发波长依赖性,光学性质稳定,发出微弱的蓝色荧光,粒径在30~50nm,GQDs-1的骨架以C-C为主,表面富含含氧官能团。改变柠檬酸的加入顺序制备得到GQDs-2量子点荧光产率为8.48%,激发波长为350nm,发射波长为460nm,不具有激发波长依赖性,光学性质稳定,发出蓝色荧光,粒径在10~20nm,GQDs-2的骨架以C-C为主,表面富含含氧官能团。热解柠檬酸和乙二胺制备的N-GQDs量子点荧光产率为95.55%,激发波长为390nm,发射波长为450nm,不具有激发波长依赖性,光学性质稳定,发出明亮的蓝色荧光,粒径在20~40nm之间,N-GQDs的骨架以C-C、C-N为主,表面富含含氧官能团,当外界环境pH值在5~10时,3种石墨烯量子点均较为稳定。结论柠檬酸热解法操作简便,反应产物稳定,荧光产率高,适用于石墨烯量子点的制备。Objective To explore the optical properties of three kinds of graphene quantum dots(GQDs)prepared by pyrolysis of citric acid.Methods Eitric acid was used as a precursor to prepare two kinds of GQDs by bottom-up method involving initial citric acid pyrolysis,they were further doped with ethylenediamine to form N-GQDs.In the experiment,three different graphene quantum dots were characterized by structural characterization,and their optical and morphology characteristics and their stability under different pH environments were investigated.Results The quantum yield of GQDs-1 prepared by pyrolysis citric acid method was 2.28%,the excitation wavelength was 360 nm,and the emission wavelength was460 nm.It had excitation wavelength-dependent,stable optical properties,and emitted weak blue fluorescence.Between 30 and 50 nm,the backbone of GQDs-1 was dominated by C-C,and its surface was rich in oxygen-containing functional groups.The GQDs-2 with a fluorescence quantum yield of 8.48% was prepared by changing the order of addition of citric acid.The excitation wavelength was 350 nm and the emission wavelength was 460 nm.It had no excitation wavelength dependence,and was stable in optical properties,emitting blue fluorescence,and particle size was within 10-20 nm,the backbone of GQDs-2 was dominated by C-C,and its surface was rich in oxygen-containing functional groups.The quantum yield of N-GQDs quantum dots prepared by pyrolysis of citric acid and ethylenediamine was 95.55%,the excitation wavelength was 390 nm,and the emission wavelength was 450 nm.It had no excitation wavelength dependence,and was stable in optical properties,emitting a bright blue fluorescence,particle size was between 20-40 nm,N-GQDs was mainly C-C,C-N backbone,the surface was rich in oxygen-containing functional groups,when the external environment pH value was at 5-10,the three kinds of graphene quantum dots were stable.Conclusion This experiment provides the basis for the application of graphene quantum dots.
