摘　　要：在实施创新驱动发展战略和建设世界科技强国过程中,科技智库作为中国特色决策支撑体系的重要组成部分,发挥着关键作用。产品质量是科技智库的生命线,不断推出有影响、高质量的研究成果是科技智库的立足之本和核心竞争力。在总结我国科技智库产品质量管理实践和比较国外科技智库提高产品质量的经验与做法的基础上,提出了科技智库产品质量全过程管理的思路。通过选题立项、研究实施、结题评审和成果转化应用的全过程质量管理,来提升我国科技智库产品的质量和水平。As an important part of new think tank with Chinese characteristics,science and technology think tank plays an important role in implementing innovation driven development strategy and science and technology power construction. Product quality is the lifeline of science and technology think tank,constantly produce influential and high quality research results are the basis and core competitiveness of science and technology think tank. Through summarizing products management practice of science and technology think tank in China,The paper draws lessons from the experiences and practices of main foreign science and technology think tank in improving the quality of products,put forward ideas and suggestions of whole process products quality management. Through the whole process products quality management of topic selection,The paper conducts research implementation,project conclusion and product application to improve the quality and level of science and technology think tank products.
