摘  要:旋流分离器目前已作为一种高效节能的新设备进入含油污水处理的工业应用阶段。借助于计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法,得到了两种旋流分离器内切向速度分布、轴向速度分布,以及变流量下的压力曲线与效率曲线。结果表明:同向出流旋流分离器的倒锥在旋流腔和大锥段上部,对切向速度的影响不大,在大锥段的下半部分,从截面Ⅱ开始,双锥旋流分离器的切向速度迅速下降,而同向出流旋流分离器的倒锥结构使得切向速度维持在一个较高水平;在旋流腔和大锥段,双锥旋流分离器的轴向速度要大于同向出流旋流分离器的轴向速度,同向出流旋流分离器的倒锥结构没有使轴向速度增加,倒锥结构对切向速度影响更明显。同向出流旋流分离器的底流出口截面尺寸小,故其压力损耗大,同向出流旋流分离器的内置倒锥结构对旋流腔和锥段的压力损失影响较小。两种结构旋流器的简化效率曲线表明,双锥旋流分离器比同向出流旋流分离器更适应处理量相对较低的情况,其处理范围更广。As an efficient and energy-saving new equipment,presently the cyclone separator enters the industrial application stage of oily wastewater treatment.The method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is used to get the pressure and the efficiency curve of two kinds of cyclone separators under internal tangential velocity,axial velocity,pressure and variable flow rate.The results show that the inverted cone of the cyclone separator out flowing in the same direction is in the upper part of the swirl cavity and the large cone segment,and it has little effect on the tangential velocity.In the lower part of the large cone segment,from the sectionⅡ the tangential velocity of the double-cone cyclone separator decreases rapidly,while the inverted cone structure of the cyclone separator out flowing in the same direction keeps the tangential velocity at a higher level;in the swirl cavity and the large cone segment,the axial velocity of the double-cone cyclone separator is greater than that of cyclone separators out flowing in the same direction,and the inverted cone structure of cyclones out flowing in the same direction does not increase the axial velocity but has the more obvious effect on tangential velocity.The underflow exit section size of cyclone separators out flowing in the same direction is small,so its pressure loss is high.The internal inverted cone structure of cyclone separators out flowing in the same direction has less influence on the pressure loss of the swirl cavity and the cone segment.The simplified efficiency curves of the two structures show that compared with the double-cone cyclone separator,the cyclone separator out flowing in the same direction is more suitable for low processing capacity and has broader processing scope.
