摘  要:目的检测特发性矮小患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子酸不稳定亚基(IGFALS)蛋白及IGFALS mRNA的水平。方法特发性矮小(idiopathic short stature,ISS)儿童26例,抽取10例正常身高儿童作为对照组。对其进行全面的病史采集和体格检查,并采用RT-PCR和ELISA法检测血清IGFALS mRNA及IGFALS蛋白表达水平。采用t检验、相关分析等统计学方法对结果进行分析。结果与对照组比较,ISS组血清IGFALS蛋白表达及IGFALS mRNA表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清IGFALS蛋白及IGFALS mRNA与身高差均呈负相关(P<0.05);IGFALS蛋白与IGFALS mRNA表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 IGFALS蛋白降低与ISS组患儿身高有关,可能是部分特发性矮小患儿的病因。Objective To investigate the levels of serum IGFALS protein and IGFALS mRNA in children with idiopathic short stature.Methods A total of 26 children with idiopathic short stature were admitted to this study as ISS group,and 10 age-matched normal height children were selected as control group. The comprehensive medical history and physical examination results were collected. Serum IGFALS mRNA expression and IGFALS protein level were measured by RT-PCR and ELISA way. The results were analyzed by statistical analysis of variance,t test and correlation analysis. Results The serum IGFALS protein expression and IGFALS mRNA expression showed no significant difference between ISS group and control group( P〉0. 05). The levels of IGFALS protein and IGFALS mRNA were both negatively correlated with height difference( P〈0. 05),and IGFALS protein expression was positively related to IGFALS mRNA expression( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The decrease of IGFALS protein is related to the height of ISS children,and it can be one of the etiology of children with idiopathic short stature.
