摘  要:介绍了一种可同时参与紫外光固化和丙烯酸酯-氮丙啶交联固化反应的水性木器清漆的研制过程。分别从关键原材料的种类、主体乳液比例、紫外光固化条件、固化剂添加量、物理干燥条件等影响因素对配方进行综合设计,同时从单一固化/双重固化条件下漆膜的机械性能、耐化学品性、旧漆膜附着力等方面对漆膜的综合性能进行表征。旨在解决紫外光固化水性木器涂料在翻新重涂的实际应用中,因异形结构导致涂装工件表面紫外光照不充分而影响漆膜性能的弊端。The preparation process of waterborne wood varnish that can simultaneously participate in UV curing and crosslink curing of acrylate-aziridine was introduced.The comprehensive design of the formula was carried out from the key raw material type,main emulsion proportion,UV curing conditions,curing agent addition amount,physical drying conditions and other factors.The comprehensive performance of film was characterized from the aspects of mechanical properties,chemical resistance,old coating adhesion and so on under single curing/dual curing conditions.Furthermore,in the practical application of the UV curable waterborne wood coatings,to solve that due to the abnormal structure led to the coating surface ultraviolet radiation does not fully influence the film performance and other disadvantages.
