摘　　要：糖皮质激素与哺乳动物腭裂的关系一直受到唇腭裂病因研究者的高度关注,近年来更是对过量糖皮质激素导致腭裂发病的机制进行了深入研究。文章就糖皮质激素在腭裂发病中作用的流行病学研究和过量糖皮质激素致腭裂发生的机制进行综述,为进一步阐明糖皮质激素在胚胎腭突发育中的作用提供思路。The relationship between glucocorticoids and cleft palate has been constantly highlighted in researches on oral clefts etiology. Recently,some studies have been conducted to further investigate the mechanism of cleft palate induced by excessive glucocorticoids. In this review,the epidemiological study on the role of glucocorticoids in cleft palate and mechanism of excessive glucocorticoids-induced cleft palate were provided to elucidate the role of glucocorticoids in palatal development.
